Welcome to The Cowfish, a locally owned, beloved neighborhood spot that serves both burgers (cow) and sushi (fish)…along with many other delicious dishes! Our menu may be varied and long but the basics of what we do and care about are short and sweet:

Burgers from our beef purveyor, Brasstown Beef, right here in North Carolina, are Animal Welfare Certified and never, ever given antibiotics or hormones. Our lamb and bison are sourced from Fossil Farms, a leader in sustainable supply chain protocols.
Our sushi is crafted from the freshest fish and chemical-free shellfish. Our seafood partners are thoughtfully sourced and well known for their sustainability practices and dedication to the environment.
Allergies: we take these seriously! Let us know about yours and we will customize a dish that is safe for you to eat.

The Cowfish Catering

Whether it is an intimate family gathering, a wedding or a hands on sushi rolling party with our sushi chefs, we can make it happen! Delivery, custom sushi and mini burger platters are available upon request; please note this will affect pricing.
